About Eve Aoibheann Barbera

 

I was born in a small village 16 miles north of Dublin, Ireland to primary and secondary school teachers. My real name is Aoibheann, which means love or pleasant in Gaelic is pronounced "Evan". You can see why I tell people my name is Eve.....it's a lot easier to understand in here in America.

My career started out as an Irish Dancer. I have been dancing and competing since I was three years old and turned professional when I was sixteen. I toured with many shows including Riverdance, Lord of the Dance and Michael Flatleys Feet of Flames just to name a few. And performed in many cities all over the world including Sydney, London, NewYork, Dublin, Mexico City, Toronto, L. A., Munich, Budapest, Prague, Paris, Las Vegas and lots more. I performed in venues including The Point Depot, Dublin; Madison Square Garden, NY; Radio City Music Hall, New York, Olympia Stad, Munich; Royal Albert Hall, London; Wembly Arena, London; Budapest Stadium to which we performed to approximatly 110,000 people; MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas and lots more.

 

In my down time from touring, I worked with my father in his Real Estate Company in Dublin which sells international properties in countries such as Spain, Portugal, Cyprus and Dubai, in the United Arab Emarites. This is where I got infected with the real estate bug!!! Working here gave me a broad knowledge and comprehensive appreciation for the business.

 

While performing in Las Vegas' New New  York Hotel and Casino and The Venetian Hotel and Casino I met my husband Jason, who is a real estate developer and owns a building Company. We picked up and moved to Brentwood, TN where I took up working in real estate full time. We still live in Brentwood with our two beautiful children.  

 

I also have an artistic and creative backround, providing me with a keen eye for staging and presenting a home. I pride myself on catering to the individual needs of each client and providing a high standard of customer service which is a necessary quality in the Real Estate profession.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
